What types of career opportunities are available at Servist Energy?

We offer hands-on technician roles, operational management tracks, and corporate positions supporting field operations, training, and client success. Our most common openings include Technician Trainee, Certified Technician, Lead Technician, and Regional Service Manager roles.

No — prior experience isn’t required. Many of our top-performing technicians started with none. We provide full on-the-job training, OSHA safety certifications, and clear development tracks to help you grow into a high-earning technical role. Experience in trades like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, or construction can help, but it’s not a requirement to apply.

Our structured pathway includes five technician levels — from entry-level trainee to senior technician/supervisor — with opportunities to advance into leadership roles such as Regional Service Manager and Regional Director. Promotions are based on skills, certifications, and performance.

Yes. We invest heavily in your development. We cover the cost of key certifications like NABCEP, OSHA 30, IR imaging, EV charger servicing, and BESS (battery storage) training. We also provide an annual education stipend and a full technician training LMS platform.
